Cala Rossa
One of the most beautiful bays in the Mediterranean.
Cala Rossa is perhaps the most famous bay in the Egadi: sheer golden tuff walls above the sea and water shifting from turquoise to deep blue. Legend ties its name to the red of the naval Battle of the Aegates in 241 BC.
- Spectacular scenery — the ancient quarries carved into the rock
- Snorkelling along the walls and crystalline seabeds
- Reached from the sea — no beach, just an unforgettable dip
